ORDER PROCESSING
Bearded & Strong products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.
Production and processing times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, order volume, and availability. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times vary based on the destination, selected shipping method, fulfillment provider, and carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that production time and shipping/transit time are separate. An order may require several business days to be produced before being transferred to the shipping carrier.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some Bearded & Strong products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
Bearded & Strong is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photographs when possible so we can investigate the issue with our fulfillment provider.
DELAYS
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Bearded & Strong cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, customers are responsible for applicable import charges.
Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
