RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bearded & Strong, every order is made with purpose. Many of our products are made to order specifically for you, which helps us reduce waste and unnecessary inventory.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

SIZE, COLOR, OR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Because many Bearded & Strong products are produced specifically when an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong color
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production quickly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying order.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law provides greater rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
